Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was truly amazing! The rooms were incredibly comfortable with a fabulous sea view and the housekeeping team did a fantastic job keeping everything spotless. The service was outstanding, with a professional yet very friendly staff who went above and beyond to meet our needs. The location was excellent, offering lovely views and easy access to the theater. However, the dining experience was a bit slow and the breakfast was not up to par. Overall, a great value for money experience with some minor drawbacks.
The hotel room was fabulous and met the disabled requirements we needed, although there were a few cobwebs and it was a bit dusty. It looked a little tired and might need refurbishment soon. However, it was very nice and spacious, offering a lovely sea view.
The hotel was superb, with lovely comfy beds, great bathrooms, and a charming view from the windows. The rooms were clean and nice, although they were a bit too hot which made it warmer than the sun. The service was top-notch, very attentive to our dietary needs and the staff was really friendly, making fantastic recommendations for our meals. The location was really good, more or less central in Llandudno, with helpful staff. The dining experience was outstanding, with a buffet of cereals, fresh fruit, and croissants, followed by a fresh breakfast to order. The wood-fired pizza was excellent. Overall, a great stay, but some rooms were too hot and the narrow corridors were not of great quality.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were fantastic, especially mine, but my daughter and son-in-law had a very small room for the same price, which felt unfair. The hotel looked a bit tired overall, but the room my sister and I stayed in was spacious and lovely. The staff were incredibly helpful and always ready to assist, making our stay more enjoyable.
The hotel offers a stunning view of the promenade and sea from clean, comfortable, and spacious rooms with a charming 1920-30s feel. Despite the initial cold upon arrival, the rooms were a cozy retreat. The staff's welcoming and friendly service adds a touch of warmth to the stay, though the temperature in the room could be a minor issue.
